We are honored anytime a couple chooses to have their wedding at Occasions.  Such a special day calls for special treatment! When booking a full-day wedding, we provide additional time the day before to do a little set-up and decorating at no additional cost. 

Our Wedding & Reception Spaces

You can choose to book one or both rooms for your wedding and/or reception. Our rooms are flexible and allow for your special touch to be on display.

 

Each room features dark laminate floors, neutral paint colors, crown molding, adjustable lighting for daytime and evening events, free WI-FI and customized audio/visual capabilities. If you are interested in adding a little more sparkle to your big day or need suggestions for caters, we have compiled a list of trusted vendors for you to consider.

Unit C Wedding Chapel

$250 p/day or $55 p/hour
3hr minimum

This unit is approximately 760 square feet and can accommodate 51 standing guests or up to 36 seated.

This room is rectangular and boasts the following features:

  • 10 ft of custom counter space perfect for food and drink
  • 2 bathrooms (1 handicap accessible)
  • 50 in flat screen TV with HDMI connection for computers and other devices (adapter required for smart phones).
  • DVD/BluRay Player
  • Mini fridge
  • Tablecloths in black or white (additional cost)

Unit D Wedding Hall

Unit D

$600 p/day or $100 p/hour
3hr minimum

This unit is approximately 1,290 square feet and can accommodate 85 standing guests or up to 72 seated.

This room is L-shaped and boasts the following features:

  • 12 ft of custom counter space with pendant lighting, perfect for food and drink
  • 2 bathrooms (1 handicap accessible)
  • Full size prep-Kitchen (no ice-maker)
  • 60 in flat screen TV and 32 in flat screen in the family style seating area
  • A/V system that will allow for computer presentations (via HDMI)
  • Bluetooth capabilities so you can play music straight from your device
  • Access to Bose portable Bluetooth speaker and mic (additional cost)
  • Tablecloths in black or white (additional cost)

  • 8 - 8ft rectangular tables that can accommodate 8-10 per table
  • 8 - 60 inch round tables that can accommodate 6-8 per table
  • 3 - 48 inch rectangular gift/registration tables
  • 100 stackable black chairs
  • 1 wood high chair available upon request

Portable Equipment

$75 per day

  • Bose Bluetooth speaker and mic (perfect for soloists and celebratory toasts). Suggested for Unit D only.

Tablecloths

$5 per table

  • White - Rectangle (90” x 156”) and Round (120”)
  • Black - Rectangle (90” x 156”) and Round (120”)
  • Cream - Round Only (120”)
